Far Cry 6, the next most anticipated installment in the Ubisoft's Far Cry series, is being upgraded and we expect to see it on consoles and PC sometime next year.

In a serious departure from the introduction of Far Cry 5, Far Cry 6 will take us to a "hot frozen paradise at a time" called Yara. Yara is ruled by dictator Anton Castillo (played by Breaking Bad's Giancarlo Esposito), who aims to restore paradise to glory with the help of his son, Diego - by any means necessary. However, a change took place in Yara aimed at lowering Castillo. Players will step into the shoes of protagonist Dani, a military revolution against Castillo.

So far, although we know the exact amount for the Far Cry 6 clip, the date of its release is still a mystery. The game was originally scheduled to be released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Stadia on February 18 2021 but after delaying it, Ubisoft has not yet confirmed another date, despite many incomplete rewards. Now that we have entered 2021 and are approaching the current release window of the game (widely accepted), we hope that that will change soon.

Game Release Date 

Far Cry 6 was scheduled for release on February 18, 2021 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Google Stadia but has been delayed. Bisoft made the announcement during his earnings report, and said the game would come after April 2021 but not before March 2022.

Ubisoft has confirmed that PS4 and Xbox One players will be able to upgrade their game versions to free Xbox Series X and PS5 versions.
